With the philosophy to “pass it forward,” Color Connection chose to donate a year long Extreme Image Design Makeover for a lucky winner chosen from the nominations collected at the 2009 What Today’s Women Want Expo.
Every woman wants an image makeover, boosting her self esteem while polishing her image. With so many qualified candidates, two women rather than one, were chosen for this first Extreme Image Design Makeover. The very foundation of a woman’s image is the package she creates when she dresses so the first donation of services and products was from the sponsor, Color Connection.
Using Color Connection’s revolutionary color analysis system, Susan Stucki, founder and creator of the products and services, treated the two women to a complete facial, analysis of their colors and generated for each their personalized Signature ColorPrint™, their color palette to use for wardrobe selection. Each of them were given their harmonious cosmetics with makeup application tips.
Both Linda and Denise went home with all the products they needed to create their new image design. Color is the most vital component of a person’s image and both of the Extreme Image Design Makeover candidates were now trained in using their new image tools that will save them time, money and frustration as they shop and dress now and in the future.
Vendors from the community generously donated services to these fortunate women. Watch for details on how these women’s images are transformed over the next several months as they continue to acquire assistance from professionals who will contribute products and services to enhance the image of each Extreme Image Design Makeover candidates.

11/15/09: So many compliments on my new look. I wore some of my colors Friday and everyone who saw me commented on how happy and fantastic I look. I love the mascara and the shadows especially because I have had no allergic reaction to any of the product. I am so pleased and feel so dressed up wearing eye color once again after 10 years. Thank you so much. I love, love it! The next thing I want to start is my weight loss program on November 30 if everything is in place.
The next order of business was to bring her mind, body and soul into balance. 12/02/09: I had an x-ray panel and a consultation with the dentist...discussed options with laminates or teeth whitening...trying whitening to see if the results are close to what I want.
12/04/09: First thing~I am down 3 pounds! Thank you. You are fabulous in your support. Thank you for choosing me. I am changing my life and I love it!!!
12/07/09: I am melting away at 7 pounds down in 4 days. I really doubt that pace will continue but I am faithful and grateful for it all. I am thinking of nourishment in a whole new way. I can see how much time I have spent in the past on food related everything and this has certainly freed up my time to spend on other things. Energy level is great and actually felling better on less sleep and accomplishing more...just think how much I will be doing in January. 12/08/09: I am very excited...the HCG program is getting easier as I learn the best way for me to take in my allowable food. I sleep better and have lots of energy to get all the holiday things done; however baking will not be one of them this year. Why put one in harm's way I say?
I am already felling differently about food...keeping blood sugar level is one of the greatest benefits and to feel so good physically because of making good food choices. I am very happy I started now...next Christmas I will be in the best place ever with new beliefs and a renewed body...MY BODY LOVES ME FOR TREATING IT SO WELL. My body now is carrying me where I want to go and doing the things I want to do.
